How can I make a payment?
You can complete your payment via bank transfer, iBanking, or PayNow. Payment details will be provided in the official invoice sent to you via email. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Are there any agency fees I need to pay?
The commission is deducted from the tutor’s fees, so you do not need to pay any additional agency charges. However, you will need to assist in claiming the commission from the tutor. TutorLink’s standard commission is typically 50% of the first month’s fees.
What should I do if I find the tutor unsuitable after a few lessons?
You can notify the coordinator at any time after the first lesson if you’d like to cancel the tuition. You will only be required to pay for the lessons that have been completed, with no further obligations. Please note that by confirming the assignment and booking the tutor, you agree to complete at least one full lesson. Afterward, you may request a change of tutor or cancel the arrangement.
Can I switch or cancel my tutor if I am unhappy with the current one?
Yes, absolutely. If the tutor does not meet your expectations, you can inform the tuition coordinator of your decision to change or cancel. We will promptly arrange a replacement. However, you will still be required to pay for any lessons already conducted through TutorLink.
